How long will it take to receive my dress?  Current lead time for ready-to-wear dresses is 12 weeks from the time you place your order.  For couture gowns please afford a lead time of 6 months.  Jackets ship within 3 business days.

How can I try on sample dresses?  You can try on the collection at our Showroom.  While we are waiting to begin hosting our Open Houses, we are taking private appointments so you may see and try on the collection.  You may schedule a private bridal appointment on our online Booking Calendar.  At this time bridal appointments are free of charge.

Can I order online?  Yes, we accept online orders for French Knot Bridal, and we offer free shipping worldwide.  Just place your order online in the SHOP, and we will do the rest.  Make sure to double check your shipping address, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Can I make a deposit and pay the rest later?  Yes!  We offer 50% deposits on all dresses to get your order started.  The final 50% is due upon shipment. Contact Colleen and she will set up a Deposit Invoice for you.

How will my order be shipped?  You may pick up your dress at the Showroom, or we will ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days internationally.  All dress shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation.  Shipping upgrades are available.

Do you accept returns?  We do offer returns on all dresses.  Please see our RETURNS POLICY for details.

What is the price range for dresses?  Ready-to-wear gowns range from $600 to $2500 USD, and our couture gowns start at $3000 USD.

How should I place an order for a dress by your other designers?  Contact us for pricing and details on gown orders for Pollardi, Daria Karlozi, Ida Torez and Liretta.  Lead time is 12-16 weeks.  These gowns are offered in standard sizes, or you may request specialty sizing for an additional fee.

What should I bring to my Private Appointment?  Please bring any shapewear or a bra and the shoes (or similar) you plan to wear.  During Phase 2 we ask that you bring no more than 2 guests.  During your appointment we will be socially distant and will provide masks and hand sanitizer.

Do you make custom dresses?  While we are not offering custom services at this time, we recently introduced our Couture Collection during Spring 2020.  Please see the Couture page for details.

Where are you located?  Our main office is located on Whidbey Island in northwest Washington, and our Showroom is located in Mukilteo, WA.

Can you customize my dress or jacket?  Unfortunately we are not taking jacket or dress customization requests at this time.  But please check back, or join the mailing list for updates on services we provide.

How does sizing work?  We offer dresses by five designers; French Knot Couture, Pollardi and Daria Karlozi, Ida Torez and Liretta.  There are size charts for each designer on the "SIZING" page, as well as a measuring guide for your reference.  Couture projects are made specifically to fit the wearer.

Should I wear a bra/shapewear when I take my measurements?  Yes, you should wear a bra and any shapewear.

Will I need alterations?   Maybe.  Because of the uniqueness of each bride's figure, dresses sometimes need some adjustments to attain a perfect fit.
