FAQ

How long will it take to receive my dress?  Current lead time for ready-to-wear dresses is 8-12 weeks from the time you place your order.  For couture gowns please afford a lead time of 6 months.  Jackets ship within 3 business days.

How can I try on sample dresses?  You can try on the entire collection at our new Showroom which will be opening in June, 2020.  While we are waiting for Phase 3 to begin hosting our Open Houses, we will begin taking private appointments beginning with Phase 2, and you may schedule a private bridal appointment on our online Booking Calendar.  At this time bridal appointments are free of charge.

What should I bring to my Private Appointment?  Please bring any shapewear or a bra and the shoes (or similar) you plan to wear.  During Phase 2 we ask that you bring no more than 2 guests.  During your appointment we will be socially distant and will provide masks and hand sanitizer.

Do you make custom dresses?  While we are not offering custom services at this time, we are introducing our Couture Collection during Spring/Summer 2020.  Please see the Couture page for details.

What is the price range for dresses?  Our ready-to-wear dresses range from $600 to $2100, and our couture gowns start at $3000 USD.

How will my order be shipped?  You may pick up your dress at the Showroom, or we will ship via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days internationally.  All dress shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation.

Can I request a shipping upgrade?  Yes, please inquire for a quote.

Where are you located?  Our main office is located on Whidbey Island in northwest Washington, and our Showroom is located in Mukilteo, WA.

Can you customize my dress or jacket?  Unfortunately we are not taking jacket or dress customization requests at this time.  But please check back, or join the mailing list for updates on services we provide.

How does sizing work?  Our dresses are made-to-measure which means your dress will be made according to the measurements you provide.  Jackets are in stock and are available in standard sizes XS through XL.  There is a measuring guide available for your reference on the "SIZING" page.  Couture projects are made specifically to fit the wearer.

Should I wear a bra/shapewear when I take my measurements?  Yes, you should wear a bra and any shapewear.

Will I need alterations?   Maybe.  Because of the uniqueness of each bride's figure, dresses sometimes need some adjustments to attain a perfect fit.
