FAQ

​​How long will it take to receive my dress?  Current lead time for ready-to-wear dresses is 12 weeks from the time you place your order.

How can I try on sample dresses?  At this time our dresses are available only for purchase online.  We do offer a return policy if you were to order a dress and decided it wasn't quite right for you.

​How do I order online?  We accept online orders for French Knot Bridal on the website, and we offer free shipping worldwide.  Just place your order online in the SHOP, and we will do the rest.  Make sure to double check your shipping address, and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.

Can I make a deposit and pay the rest later?  Yes!  We offer 50% deposits on all dresses to get your order started.  The final 50% is due upon shipment. Contact Colleen and she will set up a Deposit Invoice for you.

​​How will my order be shipped?  Dresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days within the US, and 7-10 business days internationally.  All dress shipments are fully insured and require signature confirmation.  Shipping upgrades are available.

Do you accept returns?  We do offer returns on all dresses.  Please see our RETURNS POLICY for details.

Are your dresses available in salons?  Our gowns are available only online.

Do you make custom dresses?  While we are not offering custom services at this time.

Where are you located?  We are located in Washington state.

Can you customize my dress?  Unfortunately we are not taking dress customization requests at this time.  But please check back, or join the mailing list for updates on services we provide.

​How does sizing work?  We offer standard sizing as well as customized measurements. Our size chart and measuring instructions can be found on the "SIZING" page.  Couture projects are made specifically to fit the wearer.

​​Should I wear a bra/shapewear when I take my measurements?  Yes, you should wear a bra and any shapewear.

Will I need alterations?   Maybe.  Because of the uniqueness of each bride's figure, dresses sometimes need some adjustments to attain a perfect fit.
